Message	money to have a shipping department, to pay the employees, to buy the materials, etc. I know that you have never been in business where you needed to ship to customers, or you would not be complaining. $15, minus actually shipping charges, probably does not cover the actual costs. ... On not letting you pick it up, I tend to agree with you, but one could argue that they have to pay all the shipping overhead anyway, so it is lost revenue that is figured in when they price something.
